On 3rd November the EA Masters Leadership Conference took place in London, concluding with a spectacular awards ceremony, hosted by the Property Academy.
Ashtons are absolutely elated to receive the award for Best Medium-Sized (6-20 Offices) Sales Estate Agent in the UK.
In addition, we were recognised with Gold status for our Lettings business, which also places us in the top 5% of Letting agents in the country. A truly remarkable achievement for our teams, who have worked so hard over the last 10 years to build the business we have today.
This year has seen exciting growth for Ashtons, with the acquisitions of Aitchisons in Berkhamsted and Putterills Land & Development Ltd, and it’s fantastic to see our newly expanded business achieve this truly incredible title.
The Significance of the Awards
These are the only UK awards where virtually every UK Estate Agent is analysed over a six-month period by EA Masters, in conjunction with Rightmove. In fact, over 25,000 agencies were assessed for the Best Estate Agency Guide 2022, using over 3 billion data points from Rightmove, across 1 million properties that are available in the market at any one time.
The review process covers marketing, service, and results! The short-listed agents are vetted, mystery shopped, and their websites are reviewed in detail from a consumer’s perspective in terms of information, ease of use and so forth.
