During the recent emergency replacement of our boiler due to safety issues, she coordinated everything seamlessly between the landlord, contractors, and us. The entire process—from quotes to completion—took only 4 working days. I especially appreciate the landlord’s kindness in lending us a heater on the very first day. The plumber, Mike, was also incredibly professional and took the time to explain the new thermostat functions.
