Celebrating excellence with awards season at Ashtons
November certainly felt like “awards season” here at Ashtons. It was a busy month of industry events and business engagement and, as someone who enjoys networking and connecting with both new contacts and familiar colleagues, it was a timely reminder of why I am so passionate about my role within the business.
Attending property awards
Throughout the month, myself and several teams across the business attended a series of prestigious events, including the Hertfordshire Residential Development Awards, the national EA Masters property industry awards in London, and the biz4Biz Hertfordshire Business Awards. Each event celebrated excellence, commitment, and the positive impact businesses can have on clients, teams, and communities. Charitable causes were central at every event, reflecting a value we hold close at Ashtons.

Ashtons recognised among the top estate agents in the UK
A standout moment of November was the EA Masters Awards, the UK’s only awards programme where every estate agency is independently assessed. We are incredibly proud to have been awarded Gold for Sales and rated Excellent for Lettings, placing Ashtons among the top estate agents nationwide and firmly at the pinnacle of performance within the UK property industry.
“Winning a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide is a mark of distinction, earned through consistent dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience,” stated Peter Knight, founder of the Guide.
This year’s assessment analysed over 39 million data points across more than 10,000 agents, making the recognition particularly meaningful. We were also nominated for the Innovation Award for our client portal, which is designed to provide transparency, real-time insights, and data-led decision making to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Hertfordshire awards recognition
The Hertfordshire Business Awards, organised by biz4Biz, celebrate the strength and success of local businesses. This year, we were a finalist for Large Business of the Year and Best Apprenticeship for our Ashtons Academy.
Being shortlisted among businesses operating at the pinnacle of their sectors was an honour, and we were proud to be recognised alongside so many inspiring local organisations, many that we collaborate with.
Celebrating team dedication and community impact
Looking back, November stood as a testament to the successful year we have had as a business. From investing in technology that gives clients certainty, to offering a personalised service and training the next generation of property professionals, it provided an opportunity to celebrate our team’s dedication, innovation and the positive impact we continue to make within the community.
