Celebrating another great Dogs n Daffs event
Spring got off to a brilliant start with the return of Dogs n Daffs, and we were proud to be back as sponsors of this much-anticipated community event in support of Digswell Place Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).
Set within the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House, the day brought together dog lovers, families and supporters of the charity for an occasion full of wagging tails and generosity.
A cause that continues to inspire
The work carried out by the RDA is nothing short of remarkable, providing opportunities and support for individuals across the UK through a network of dedicated volunteers and expert coaches. Being involved in an event that helps fund this work is something we genuinely value, especially when it’s right on our doorstep.
Community spirit in full swing
As with previous years, the turnout was fantastic, with plenty of participants taking part in the dog shows and enjoying everything the day had to offer. Events like this are a great reminder of the strength of the local community and how much can be achieved when people come together.
Our team was pleased to support the fundraising efforts on the day, helping to drive donations and contribute towards another successful outcome for the charity.
My colleague Liz and I helped the raffle reach a record amount of over £1,000, with the total raised for the day being an incredible £9,000.
Looking ahead
Dogs n Daffs is a highlight in the local calendar and a wonderful way to support such an important cause. To find out more about the event and the work of the Riding for the Disabled Association, visit the Dogs n Daffs website.
