2020 marked 40 years since Ashtons first opened its doors to help the people of Hertfordshire buy, sell and let their homes.
Due to the COVID pandemic, plans to mark this landmark anniversary last year were sadly postponed. However, on Friday 8th October 2021 the company finally came together to celebrate this incredible milestone.
The entire team, across all 6 branches, gathered at the beautiful Tewin Bury Farm for a glamourous party filled with great food, celebratory bubbles and plenty of nostalgia over the last 40 years of helping clients make great moves. As the photos show, a truly great time was had by all!

It’s been an absolute privilege to witness our progress, from our first ever sale to becoming the leading estate agent in Hertfordshire some 21,000 transactions later. Most importantly though it was about celebrating with each and every one of the amazing people who work within the business. Without them none of this would have been possible and I'm eternally grateful for their hard work and determination and desire to always be the best version of themselves they can be.’
