This prestigious list highlights the UK’s top employers, based on an independent employee engagement and wellbeing survey. What makes this recognition so meaningful is that it comes directly from our colleagues and their day-to-day experiences.
The survey is developed by behavioural scientists, psychologists and data analysts. To achieve a high overall engagement score, organisations must perform strongly across six key areas: reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction. Our scores across these areas are shown below.
We are especially proud of our 95% confidence in management scores, compared to the industry standard of 75%. A clear reflection of the trust and transparency within our award-winning team.

This year, we have come together for volunteer days supporting charities such as Emmaus, celebrated success with team days out at The Cube, and rewarded our top sales and lettings performers with £1,000 each to spend at Selfridges. Nearly half of those invited were graduates from our Academy, demonstrating how quickly individuals can grow within our Hertfordshire estate agency.
