The Role
As we look to capitalise on our current market position as the number one agency in Hertfordshire who sell more homes in the AL postcodes than any other agent. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused and entrepreneurial Senior Lister to join Ashtons market-leading The Collection brand. This role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end valuation process for a range of high-profile real estate assets. The Collection represents a unique portfolio of some of the best and most inspirational homes available across Hertfordshire. Typically priced from £1.5m to £5m This opportunity is a rare chance to work right at the top end of the market with a strong brand. You will also have the benefit of additional support from our offices, specialised sales progression team and viewing guide teams.

Applicant’s Skillset
Market Appraisal: Conduct thorough property valuations using local comparables and complex market data.
Business Development: Win new sales and letting instructions by successfully pitching the agency’s services to prime homeowners.
Client Advisory: Advise high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers on property portfolios, market trends, and asset maximization.
Report Writing: Produce detailed, compliant valuation reports.
Relationship Management: Maintain a high-level communication with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions.
Negotiation: Oversee and negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Experience: Typically, 5 to 6 years’ experience in residential or commercial valuation/estate agency.
Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of premium regional markets (e.g. the Home Counties).
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, mathematical, and data analysis capabilities for complex property portfolios

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
1-in-4 Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm
