The Role
As we look to capitalise on our current market position as the number one agency in Hertfordshire, we are now actively to recruit a Tenancy Administrator to support our Tenancy Progression Manager as we continue to grow our lettings portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the progression of tenancies from point of Let Agreed to Move In. This will include referencing, right to rent, property safety, AML, financial history checks, as well as deposits, check-in / check-out reports, Landlord licensing and reviewing property energy efficiency reports. You will also support team members in generating rental contracts once the case has passed our Audit process.
You will be required to work with intelligent clients, building trusted relationships at every opportunity. We expect every client we connect with to enjoy a positive experience of Ashtons, with total peace of mind we will be there with them every step of the way on their property journey.
Desired Skillset
Direct experience in a letting’s environment is not required. We will provide all training and support.
A naturally inquisitive mindset, who looks to probe and find solutions
Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task
You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills
A positive, energetic ‘can do’ approach to your day-to-date tasks
You will possess and able to demonstrate a commercial outlook and the ability to think outside the box
The ability to display confidence and thrive in a busy office environment.

Remuneration:
£24,500
Working Profile:
Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm
3 days in office and 2 days working from home
Location:
This position will require floating across a number of our offices across Berkhamsted, Redbourn, Harpenden, St Albans and Welwyn Garden City (all of which are within 30 minutes’ drive of each other)
Additional Benefits Package:
