Abbey joined the Ashtons family in 2021, having gained two years’ experience as a Sales Associate with another agent. Abbey is highly focused on matching clients with their perfect property and being by their side throughout the entire process. Abbey prides herself on her positive, can-do attitude, and when she’s not at work you can find her indulging in her passion for interior design!
Aimee joined Ashtons in 2023 having previously worked as a Business Manager for a bespoke furniture maker. Her excellent organisational skills makes her integral to the smooth running of the Berkhamsted office. Aimee have lived in the Hertfordshire area her whole life giving her excellent knowledge of the local area. Aimee loves the buzz of the office but when not at work enjoys macrame and interior design, often updating her own home!
Aleksandra joined Ashtons as a Viewing Guide in 2021, with an impressive background in luxury fashion. Aleksandra has always had a passion for providing excellent customer service and has a great affinity with our clients and their property journeys. Outside of work, Alex is honing her interior and design skills via an online academy and loves to dance and travel (although not necessarily at the same time!).
Alex joined our St Albans team in 2021. Alex brings over 9 years’ industry expertise and vast experience gained through management of a diverse portfolio, having overseen sales of everything from large country estates in Berkshire to high-end flat developments in Prime Central London. Alex is driven by a genuine love for property and takes great pride in delivering an extremely high level of service tailored to our clients’ needs. Outside of work, Alex has a sports obsession and even worked previously as a football and boxing journalist.
Joining Ashtons in 2017, Alf has a 26 year property career in lettings, sales, new homes and auctions. He has been a Fellow of ARLA since 2012 and holds a Diploma in Residential Lettings. Alf is responsible for residential lettings including management, compliance and accounts. A professional musician in his youth, Alf still enjoys band practice in his spare time and has a passion for Italian food and red wines.
Alfie became an integral member of our Client Services team in 2024. With a passion for property and an excellent knowledge of the local area Alfie is able to offer invaluable guidance and support to our clients, he thrives on creating lasting relationships whilst guiding clients through what can be a stressful process in life. Away from the office, Alfie is a semi-professional clay pigeon shooter, embarking on his journey at the age of 11 years old, he has gone on to proudly represent his country in international competitions!
Born and bred in Hertfordshire herself, Alison has an unrivalled knowledge of the local area. She is highly skilled at showcasing properties and relishes using this expertise to help our clients on their property journeys. In her spare time, Alison enjoys going on walks in the local countryside and is a keen gardener.
Alix began her career as an architect, having qualified in 1998, and spent time working in London before moving to St Albans fifteen years ago. Having worked in Ashtons’ Sales, Lettings and New Homes teams over a period of almost ten years she is now a Senior Valuer for our St Albans office and enjoys utilising her extensive knowledge of the local housing market to achieve the best results for our clients.
As PA to our Lettings Associate Director and Lettings Auditor, Amy brings with her valuable years of experience and training in all things property. Prior to joining Ashtons, Amy had worked in the property industry for 15 years in a variety of roles, including Asset Management and Property Management. Amy supports the entire Lettings team, ensuring we are compliant with legislation and that we are able to provide the best possible service for our clients. Amy’s home life is as varied as her work life, with an array of interests and hobbies including travelling, baking, crafts, reading and even fishing.
Andrew has over 22 years’ estate agency experience in both sales and lettings. Gaining experience in the London property market, his industry expertise and wholehearted devotion to creating a memorable moving experience for all his clients have earned Andrew an impeccable reputation. Andrew’s other passion is sports, if he isn’t playing football or rugby with his two daughters and son, he can be found coaching his local women’s football team.
Andy joined our Redbourn team in 2023, bringing with him his vast experience of the industry. Having lived in the Hertfordshire area most of his life, Andy has an unrivalled knowledge of the local area. Andy prides himself in providing an excellent service, from valuation and marketing advice to fully understanding his clients needs when looking to purchase their next home. Outside of work Andy enjoys reading, watching sport and going to the gym.
Ben joined Ashtons in 2018 and heads up our Recruitment and HR function at Ashtons. Previous to this, Ben worked for a FTSE 250 Global recruitment firm for 10 years. Ben used to be an Estate Agent many years ago and has combined his passion for property and people here at Ashtons. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son Leo, they both have a love for sports and are Manchester United fans (for all their sins!).
