Andy joined our Redbourn team in 2023, bringing with him his vast experience of the industry. Having lived in the Hertfordshire area most of his life, Andy has an unrivalled knowledge of the local area. Andy prides himself in providing an excellent service, from valuation and marketing advice to fully understanding his clients needs when looking to purchase their next home. Outside of work Andy enjoys reading, watching sport and going to the gym.
Cathy has been an integral part of our Village and Country team at Redbourn since joining Ashtons in 2004. Having lived in the area for over 20 years, during which she has raised a family, yoga lover Cathy has a wealth of local Redbourn knowledge and the many surrounding villages up her sleeve!
Diane has been with Ashtons for over 15 years and is a wonderful ambassador for the business. She prides herself on offering great customer service, making our customers feel welcome and taking them on a great journey around the beautiful properties we represent.
With 7 years industry experience and a passion for delivering a first-class sales experience, Emily is popular with buyers and sellers alike. As a local resident of Redbourn herself, Emily also offers her clients expert knowledge of the local market and area. Away from the office, Emily enjoys mountain biking and exploring new places in the UK.
As part of our sales progression team, Grace is committed to helping our clients through what can be one of the most stressful, yet exciting processes in life, moving home. Grace is an integral part of the work that’s done behind the scenes and is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ journey from offer acceptance through to completion is as seamless as possible. Grace is well known for her friendly manner, diligent approach, and first-class customer service. In her spare time, you’ll either find her at the gym or socialising with friends and family.
With almost 20 years’ industry experience, Jamie has a proven record in high volume luxury lettings environments. He started his career in London but since moving to Harpenden, his desire to work in a local market intensified. He is best placed to provide expert advice with a passion for unrivalled service and best practice. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys running and can often be found growing vegetables in his own allotment!
Jerry joined the Ashtons team as a Viewing Guide in 2018 and also operates as a Property Inspector for our Welwyn Garden City branch, where he has been a local resident for over 15 years. He prides himself on being able to make that journey a little easier for our customers by offering a first-class customer service.
Nic joined Ashtons in 2021, having previously been a Regional Manager and Managing Director for a number of well-known corporate agents. He brings with him over 25 years of experience and is an accredited member of NAEA, ARLA and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Nic now oversees 'The Collection', a unique portfolio of inspirational Hertfordshire homes, having the added advantage of being a local resident for over 30 years. When not in the office, Nic is a keen golfer and can often be found playing at Hammonds End Golf Course. Nic is also former Secretary of the Redbourn Round Table!
Nicola joined in 2018 with over 12 years’ lettings experience across the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire areas. She is a qualified ARLA member and loves the fast pace that lettings brings. Nicola is a passionate and energised member of the team and possesses great attention to detail. Away from the office, Nicola devotes her time to her love of horse riding.
Steve joined Ashtons in 2004 after relocating home to the UK from Madrid. Having devoted his career to helping people on their property journey, Steve prides himself on being detailed and thorough while maintaining compassion and care in all he does. In 2023, he was promoted to Branch Manager of our Village and Country office in Redbourn. Away from the office, Steve is a history enthusiast who loves spending time with his children.
