Aimee joined Ashtons in 2023 having previously worked as a Business Manager for a bespoke furniture maker. Her excellent organisational skills makes her integral to the smooth running of the Berkhamsted office. Aimee have lived in the Hertfordshire area her whole life giving her excellent knowledge of the local area. Aimee loves the buzz of the office but when not at work enjoys macrame and interior design, often updating her own home!

Aleksandra joined Ashtons as a Viewing Guide in 2021, with an impressive background in luxury fashion. Aleksandra has always had a passion for providing excellent customer service and has a great affinity with our clients and their property journeys. Outside of work, Alex is honing her interior and design skills via an online academy and loves to dance and travel (although not necessarily at the same time!).

James joined our Harpenden team in 2024. Having graduated university with a 2:2 BA Hons in Leisure Planning and Tourism and a 9 year career in corporate travel he discovered his love for property. With 5 years experience in the property industry James is known for his friendly approach, he loves meeting new people and focuses on sharing his knowledge and advice with clients, expertly guiding them through their property journey. Outside of work, James stays active by running, playing football, and exercising to keep up with his young children. Originally from London, he has called Hertfordshire home for the last 11 years.

Julie joined the Ashtons Group as a Sales Negotiator in 2021 as part of the acquisition of Aitchisons. She thoroughly enjoys supporting people on their journey to finding a new home. Julie’s local knowledge is greatly sought-after and appreciated by applicants looking for honest, local advice. She also enjoys working alongside vendors, helping to achieve the smoothest transaction possible when selling their home, with open and regular communication throughout.

Lauren joined Ashtons in 2025 with a year’s experience in property agency. Having grown up in the area, she brings in-depth knowledge of the local property market, as well as valuable insights into schools, amenities, and community life. Lauren is passionate about building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, offering a friendly, hands-on approach to guide them through every step of their property journey. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending her free time cooking and baking.

Liam, a seasoned Ashtons team member, has over 20 years of industry experience including 4 years spent in the London property market, specialising in the valuation and sale of property. With a first class understanding of the marketplace, he is driven to help people on their property journey. When not in the office, family man Liam enjoys mountain hiking.

Nic joined Ashtons in 2021, having previously been a Regional Manager and Managing Director for a number of well-known corporate agents. He brings with him over 25 years of experience and is an accredited member of NAEA, ARLA and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Nic now oversees 'The Collection', a unique portfolio of inspirational Hertfordshire homes, having the added advantage of being a local resident for over 30 years. When not in the office, Nic is a keen golfer and can often be found playing at Hammonds End Golf Course. Nic is also former Secretary of the Redbourn Round Table!
