PA to Sales Director, Harpenden

The Role:

 

Offering full PA and secretarial support to our Sales Director, the successful candidate will be expected to provide first class secretarial and administrative support. Discretion and confidentiality are a prerequisite attribute for this high-profile role as well the ability to complete audio dictations regularly.

 

You will be based in our management suite located at our Harpenden Office and will also work closely with other members of the senior management team, collaboratively ensuring the smooth running of our business.

 

Duties to include, but not limited to:

 

  • Full PA support to Sales Director
  • Preparing responses to correspondence, producing reports and materials as required using Word, Excel and PowerPoint as appropriate
  • Ensuring that word processing/typing of documents is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organise all group meetings on behalf of Sales Director
  • Venue research and booking of external training events
  • Proof reading
  • Collating/preparing weekly and monthly sales figures
  • Collating/preparing data reports for specific portals
  • Ad-hoc project work on a number of company incentives

 

 

Applicants Skillset

 

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years PA experience including first class typing and telephone skills.
  • You will be methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload and possess the flexibility to accommodate other duties as they arise.
  • You will possess excellent relationship building skills with all employee levels
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure, remaining focused and organised whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive, energetic, 'can do' approach is essential, as is someone who enjoys a busy and dynamic environment.

 

Hours:

Ideally 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) half days (8.30am to 1.00pm), however these can be flexible for the right candidate

 

Salary:

£23,400 - £29,250 full time equivalent

(£14,040 - £16,380 based on 22.5 hours per week)
