The group provides first class Estate Agency, Letting Agency and New Homes in Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Berkhamsted, Hitchin and St Albans. Outlying rural areas are dealt with through our specialist Village & Country office in Redbourn and second Village & Rural department at Welwyn Garden City.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting developers and land owners in office, showcasing Ashtons working environment and culture
  • Undertake viewings and attend site launches as and when necessary.
  • Assistance and support with the production of New Homes Brochures and Rightmove advertising.
  • Providing viewing feedback to clients and at the end of each day, checking all viewings have been made and confirmed. Ensure clients earlier unavailable are contacted again
  • Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post to book viewings of Ashtons properties, building meaningful relationships and maintaining regular contact.
  • Ensuring all developers are spoken to on a regular basis. Particular emphasis to be placed on your own managed sites. To include regular site meetings, weekly calls and catch ups, undertake pricing reviews, monitor marketing such as the portals, social media and open house launches. The above is to create an outstanding relationship from instruction to completion of the site.
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, confirming applicant status, financial arrangements and ability to proceed.
  • Confirm all offers and counter offers to client and purchaser in writing, making full reference to any special terms and conditions.
  • Progress sales in accordance with prescribed service standards, aiming for a recommendation rate of 98% from post completion client questionnaires.
  • Negotiating (and re-negotiating where necessary) between client and buyer
  • Ensure details of clients’ property are correct and well researched before placing to the market
  • Make full use of marketing material available
  • Taking direction from your line manager and carry out set tasks within the set time-frame.

Salary & Benefits

Working Hours - 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 basic / £30,000 - £33,000 OTE
