Letting Only Service 10.8% inc. VAT (9% plus VAT)
This service is subject to a minimum fee of £540 incl VAT and full payment is due at the start of the tenancy.
Letting Only plus Rent Collection Service 13.2% inc. VAT (11% plus VAT)
Standard Management Service 16.2% inc. VAT (13.5% plus VAT)
Premier Management Service 18% inc. VAT (15% plus VAT)

Empty property management per visit £36 inc. VAT
Energy Performance Certificate £162 inc. VAT
Tenancy Agreement and supporting legal documentation fee £180 inc. VAT
TDS Registration fee £36 inc. VAT
Electrical safety arrangement fee £42 inc. VAT (in addition to the cost itself)
Instructing contractors if not managed £42 inc. VAT
Waiting at Property for contractors to attend £42 inc. VAT
Smoke/carbon monoxide alarm installation arrangement fee £42 inc. VAT (in addition to the cost of the alarm and contractors fitting fee)
Withdrawal from an agreed let £300 inc. VAT
Preparation and delivery of Section 21 notice £72 inc. VAT
Duplicate statements £36 inc. VAT
Annual tax statement preparation £72 inc. VAT
Amendments to the contract (by yourself of another party or additional work/correspondence) £60 inc. VAT
Additional visits to the Property £60 inc. VAT per visit
Inventory preparation and check in fees Dependent on the number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished (for example, a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment would cost approximately £174 incl VAT)

Ashtons Residential Lettings Limited is an Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Propertymark licensed member and Client Money Protection (CMP) is provided by ARLA.  In addition, Ashtons Residential Lettings Limited is a member of an independent redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
