Following the acquisition of a pair of semi-detached houses and a further detached house on Crabtree Lane Harpenden , Lodge Park Ltd a renowned Developer of luxury sites and one-off design and builds, were successful in negotiating a planning permission with St.Albans District Council for the construction of 8 new-build units on a site that extended to approximately 0.75 Acre.
Construction began in early 2009 and the site released to the market in the Autumn. The first phase was sold out within two months and 3 lucky buyers were able to move in just prior to Christmas , just as their units were completed to the highest of standards .
