Our team is lead by Giles Hastings who graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an honours degree in Land and Planning. Giles gained six years experience with new homes developers before joining Ashtons three years ago. Giles is supported by Ashtons main board of directors Kevin Keenan and Karl Judd. Together we have over 60 years property and development experience.

We identify potential sites and propose the most suitable development scheme providing both commercial and financial advice. We work closely with planning consultants, conservation specialists and highway advisors to achieve the best outcome.

For developers, our intelligence and experience in the local property market is second to none, We have an enviable share of the local property market upon which we are able to provide first class advice to builders and developers. On the marketing side, we have sound resources from design and print to site representation, whether it be a bespoke individual scheme or a comprehensive new homes development.
